The Miami-Dade County Office of the Mayor and Board of County Commissioners proudly declares June 11, 2023, as Vladimir Issaev Day, honoring the extraordinary achievements and contributions of Vladimir Issaev, the renown Artistic Director, Choreographer, and Ballet Master. The proclamation ceremony took place on June 11 at the Julius Littman North Miami Beach Theater, with the presence of Mr. Issaev’s students, parents, faculty from his own Vladimir Issaev School of Classical Ballet, and the Board of Directors of the Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida.

Through vision, hard work, and determination, Vladimir Issaev has left an indelible mark on the vibrant arts scene of South Florida. As the Founder and Artistic Director of his own School of Classical Ballet and the professional company Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida, he has dedicated over 60 years to sharing his talents and expertise with aspiring dancers. His stellar career serves as an outstanding showcase of unparalleled dedication and unmatched contributions to the world of ballet.
