ARTS BALLET THEATRE OF FLORIDA

 

 

All nationalities are accepted. However, if you are not an American citizen or legal United States resident you must get a U.S. working permit. Contract will run until April or May 2027. Certain applicants will be contacted only if the Artistic Director requires you for a live audition with the company followed by a brief interview. A live audition does not guarantee a place in the company. You may request an audition in person; however, we strongly encourage you to send a video as specified below.

REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN THE COMPANY:
    Must have strong Classical Ballet training.
    Vaganova Method a plus.
    Men must have partnering experience. Double Tour is required.
 

If sending a video you must apply online.  ALL AUDITIONS WILL CLOSE ON MARCH 1ST.

• Video link (YouTube or Vimeo ONLY) of a solo classical variation and work in ballet class.
•  Gentleman, please show your double tour and partnering experience.
•  No group videos. Pre-recorded performances on stage and wearing costumes are not allowed as the   main and only video to audition.
•  No modern or contemporary work is necessary.
•  Two (2) photographs, one Headshot and the other in First Arabesque.
•  Gentlemen must wear tights.
•  Resumé or Curriculum Vitae (must include contact information, date of birth, weight, height,   nationality, immigration status if foreign citizen and in the US).

* Video audition fee: $15.00 No videos will be reviewed unless this fee is properly paid.​​​​

Online Pre-Registrations for our New York Auditions are not open yet. You are welcome to attend the audition in New York without prior registration but please arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete your registration on-site. 

Please bring your most updated Resumé or Curriculum Vitae, a headshot and a picture in First Arabesque.

Starting January 13th 2026, professional dancers are welcome to audition in person at our studios by appointment only. Please call 305.948-4777 or email ricardo@artsballettheatre.org to reserve a date in the calendar (for January or February only).

 

 

 

Starting in January, we will be accepting auditions for the 2026-2027 season.
