was born in Hunan, China. Her early ballet training started at the Liaoning Ballet School; she later studied on full scholarship at the Rock School for Dance Education in Philadelphia. Ms. Luo took part in the 2017 Osaka International Ballet Competition in Japan and became one of the finalists. Before joining as an apprentice, she participated at the Summer Intensive Program of Russian Technique offered by Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida.
